I am permanently residing in the above said address. My wife Mrs. Lalitha Das and myself are unemployed and no income. We have a son named Shiju Das, 23 years, who is an acute patient of Chronic Glomerulopneritcs with CRF (Kidney Patient). We have spent more money for his treatment. But it was in vein. Later his Kidney is transplanted in 2006, March and my wife was the donor of the same. Both of them are having only one Kidney now. My Wife also become a patient after the said donation of Kidney. Both of them are now in treatment. Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) have to spent monthly for their treatment. Till this time the treatment was done by the help of local people and certain local organizations. Now i am having no money to continue their treatments. The operation was underwent by mortgaging by 5 cents of land and residential house in it to the Mamala Service Co-operative Bank. Now the amount to be repaid is become a huge amount with the principle and interest. Their life is in danger if the treatment is not done properly. There is no other way before me other than to approach all of you. We also have one more son and daughter. They are also unemployed.
